How to Remove Sweater Pills

Fall weather is right around the corner, and who isn't excited to finally have a chance to pull out their chilly weather favorites. We like to prep for the upcoming season by making sure our cool weather essentials are ready to wear. If you were unable to dry clean or wash your Fall/Winter items before storing them for Summer, now is the perfect time to do so. If your sweaters tend to create lots of lint balls, here is a great at-home tip that will help you gear up for sweater weather. We find that lint balls seem to collect around the underarms, and sides of sweaters, or anywhere that there is friction. Wearing a shoulder bag also is notorious for creating annoying pilling. To remove these irritating little balls, rub your pill infested sweater with a pumice stone, and then use a lint roller to pick them up. Also a disposable razor also works well on tighter knit fabrics. Thank you Listotic.com for this great tip.Happy de-pilling!
